Watershed Distillery has been producing small batches of artisan-quality spirits in Columbus since 2010. Watershed makes a variety of spirits, including an award-winning family of gins.
All Watershed spirits are available to taste and purchase at the bottle shop located on site at the distillery in Grandview. Bottle shop hours are Monday through Saturday 11am – 5pm.
Watershed Distillery Tours
Public tours are typically available Thursday – Sunday. You’ll experience the sights, sounds, and smells of the Watershed Distillery operation.
Tours take about 1 hour and involve a brief walk between our distillery space and our barrel warehouse. Each tour includes an optional sampling of select spirits and an opportunity to purchase Watershed Distillery products (including some limited bottle shop specials), glassware, and merchandise.
Participants must be 21 years old to sample on tour, but individuals 16 years old and up (if accompanied by a parent or guardian) can attend as non-tasting participants because, science.

Private tours are available for groups of 10 or more. To purchase and schedule a private tour, please call the bottle shop or email tours@watersheddistillery.com. You can also purchase “gift tours” to give as a gift, or for yourself to schedule later.
Watershed Kitchen + Bar
Hungry? Make plans to dine before or after your tour. Reservations recommended; bar seating is first come, first served.
The menu offers upscale midwestern food with snacks like Pickledillies, Fried Brussels, and Crispy Fingerling Potatoes. Or go all-in for Fried Chicken, Fall Vegetable Salad, Smashburger, Smoked & Stuffed Squash, or Hay-smoked Ribs. And don’t forget the desserts or amazing Watershed-based cocktails!
Happy hour is Wednesday-Friday from 5-6 pm.
