Walking Distance Brewing Co. is located and Marysville, Ohio, and they always have something fun going on (and in tap)!

While I haven’t visited this brewery yet, I’m putting it on the list of must-visit!

What’s on Tap?

In addition to unique beer on tap, you can also order seltzer on tap!

They don’t offer just any seltzer – you can customize it! They offer a plain seltzer to which they add flavoring of your choice, including unique options such as Root Beer, Mule, Lavender, and Black Cherry Rose.

You can also add bursting boba (lychee, mango, and cherry) to your seltzer or beer! They have several fruity beer options that would pair perfectly with the boba!

Witch’s Ball at Walking Distance Brewing Co

October 4, 2024 starting at 6 pm 

The veil is growing thin, and the spirits are rising. Just in time, we’re having a Witch’s Ball! We’ll have a tarot card reader in house, some haunting vendors, a costume contest, themed drink specials, and a dance party. So bring out your best witchy costume and put on your dancing shoes!

3rd Birthday Rager

October 12, 2024

Marysville’s Favorite third place is celebrating our third birthday with an absolute RAGER of a party! We’ll be opening at 9AM to celebrate the community we’ve become, with Jerome cooking up free pancakes, and we’ll be serving Irish Slammers – just like we do on St. Paddy’s day.

We’ll have Angr Management joining us with their trailer that you can smash stuff in – just a big ol’ rage room on wheels! Bring your bingo prizes that you don’t want – you can destroy ’em with a baseball bat!

Throughout the day and evening we’ll have all of our favorite Walking Distance activities in fun size wrappers: bingo, trivia, meat raffles, bean celebrations, bagpipes, and more! We’ll also be having beer releases and more! Free food all day! Details here.

Midwest Comedy Tour

Do you like laughing until your face hurts? Do you love stand-up but don’t want to have to travel to the city to see a show? Well we are bringing the laughs to you, with talented comedians from the Midwest Comedy Tour!

2nd Annual Cheers to Books and Beers

For one night only, in partnership with The Friends of the Marysville Public Library, Walking Distance transforms into a used book store, enjoy a brew, snag a book.

Christmas Eve, December 24, 2023 from 5 pm – 10 pm
Join in this Icelandic tradition for a peaceful night with beer, chocolate, and books. In Iceland, families gather for the Yule Book Flood on Christmas Eve, where families exchange chocolate and books and then spend the rest of the evening curled up reading the book and eating chocolate. 

Walking Distance Brewing will have free books to borrow or exchange, or you can bring some of your well loved books to exchange with other patrons. Bring the whole family and start a new tradition! 

Come after church, come alone – everyone is welcome and no one has to read (socializing is fine too)! Don’t spend the evening alone – this is the perfect event for even the most introverted! Details here.
