Unchained OSU Fashion Show: Illuminating the Fight Against Human Trafficking

The Unchained OSU Fashion Show tells the story of an overcomer of human trafficking through three stages: summer, winter, spring.

Join Unchained OSU on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 7 pm at the Great Hall Meeting Room in the Ohio Union. 

This unique event aims not only to showcase the latest trends in fashion but, more importantly, to shed light on the harrowing tales of those who have overcome the chains of human trafficking.

The event is designed to deliver a comprehensive understanding of human trafficking, employing a threefold approach: awareness, accountability, and action.

Attendees will gain insight into what human trafficking entails, learn to recognize red flags and contributing factors, and discover practical ways to contribute to the fight against trafficking and support survivors.

The event also includes speakers, musical performance, the fashion show, refreshments, community booths, and a raffle.

Tickets to Unchained OSU Fashion Show

There is no fee to attend the show. There is a suggested donation of $10 for OSU students and $15 for non-students.

Donations and raffle ticket sales support Strategies for Success Scholarship Fund. The fund assists women who are overcomers of human trafficking in pursuing higher education. Make reservations and donations on Eventbrite.
