Powell Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day

Make room for your Thanksgiving Meal by running the Powell Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving, November 28, 2024. Put your turkey in the oven (with supervision) and head to downtown Powell to run a few miles among friends.

Not only will you feel good after the exercise, there will be plenty of opportunities to show your thanks with charitable giving to local organizations.

POWELL TURKEY TROT 4-MILER

Each participant ages 21 and over will receive a super soft finishers shirt, craft beer to take home (21 and over only), and finish line food from local sponsors. Participants in the 4-miler under 21 (or those who do not want the beer) will receive race socks. New for 2024, there will be 10th anniversary RACE MEDALS!

Registration starts at $45. Click here to register. DEADLINE for guaranteed shirt and 4-pack beer OR socks is NOV 15th! There will not be any race day packet pickup or registration. 

The top 3 male and female finishers will split a purse prize.

Wobble ‘Till You Gobble Kids

Get the kids involved with the Wobble ‘Till You Gobble Kids 1/4 mile fun run at 8:30 a.m.  Kids must register to be a part of the fun.  This spectator-friendly course is completely contained within the park grounds.

Participants in this race will get a race bib and shirt at packet pickup, and a finisher medal and snack upon completion of the race. Registration is just $13 online.
