Chick-fil-A is opening a new restaurant in the Grandview Yard development on Thursday, January 18 at 6:30 a.m. To celebrate, Operator Seth Flores is awarding a years supply of Chick-fil-A meals to the first 100 in line when the store opens Thursday morning. Guests were allowed to start lining up to camp out 24 hours in advance of opening, and about 15 guests ready to brave the cold have lined up as of 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.  They’ll continue registering participants until they reach 100 (along with 10 alternates).
Chick-fil-A will be treating their camping guests to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snack, and providing games, entertainment, prizes and a block party with a lip sync battle in the evening that will also help pass the time. In order to participate in the First 100 Campout and be registered to win a year’s worth of Chick-fil-A, you must provide proof to verify your residence within a certain list of zipcodes. See eligible zipcodes, rules, and acceptable ID here.
The new restaurant, located at 807 W 3rd Ave in the new upscale Grandview Yard development, will be the eighth Chick-fil-A within a 25-mile radius of Columbus and will officially open tomorrow, January 18th, at 6:30 am.
