Want to play real life Mario Kart? A Mario-themed go-kart race is coming to Columbus and Cincinnati in early 2019, and tickets go on sale on Friday! This will basically be the best Christmas present you could buy for a Mario fan (or yourself)!
Dress up at you favorite character and drive around a customized, themed racetrack collecting stars for a chance to win prizes – and a trip to Las Vegas for the grand finale! A ticket to The Mushroom Rally features 30 minutes of racing, collecting stars, games, awesome prizes, and an afterparty. Racers will race once, with the winners of each preliminary race, racing in a second race for prizes.

The minimum height requirement for the junior rides is four feet and the maximum height for the adult karts in six feet, seven inches and the maximum weight is 300 pounds. In order to race in a junior kart the kids must be taller than four feet and shorter than four feet ten inches. Junior karts and adult karts do not race together. Spectators are welcome!

In it to win it? The #1 racer from each of the 16 cities will be flown to Vegas for the final, but if you aren’t the fastest, you still have a chance! Focus on the stars! Collect the most stars – the top 3 in the country get to go to the final too! The last spot will go to the person who wins the ticket lottery. Everyone who purchases a ticket will be entered into the lottery, and the winner will be announced through Facebook live.
