Do your kids love pancakes – or even just syrup – like Buddy the Elf? Head to Gallant Farms to learn how maple sap is extracted from trees and cooked down into syrup on tba 2024, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Maple Syrup Time is a free drop-in event for all ages. This is a weather-dependent program; watch for updates on the Facebook page and website.
Guests will learn how maple syrup is made from the tap in the tree to the evaporator pan. They can also sample some of the sweet product and enjoy self-guided tours of the grounds and farmhouse.
