Yoga on High in the Short North is offering Community Classes on Wednesdays from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm. Each class will include stretching, breath awareness, yoga postures and relaxation. No previous yoga experience required. While there is not a specific charge for attending class, donations in any amount are appreciated
They are also offering donation-based ABC INCLUSIVE YOGA, which is Approachable, Body-Positive, Culturally diverse Inclusive Yoga. Practice in a designated safe(r) space that cultivates an atmosphere of nonjudgment and acceptance, allowing participants to identify in ways meaningful to them in both their practice and as part of the community. This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Each week features a different teacher and style for you to experience.

- 2nd Saturdays – Hatha
- 3rd Saturdays – Ashtanga
- 4th Saturdays – Open Practice/Free Form
- 5th Saturdays – Hatha
