You don’t want to miss this party, with Velvet Ice Cream, Concert by The Shazzbots, and kids’ activities – all for a good cause! Sam’s Fans is a non-profit organization committed to supporting and enhancing Music and Art Therapy programs that serve seriously ill patients and their families, as a legacy to Samantha Jane McCarthy, who brought joy to many in her 11 years on Earth.
In celebration of Sam’s birthday month, Sam’s Fans are throwing an Ice Cream Party with The Shazzbots on Sunday, April 19, 2020 from 11 am – 1 pm at Amelita Mirolo Barn in Upper Arlington. Ticket price includes free ice cream provided by Velvet Ice Cream, a performance from local kids band The Shazzbots!, and kids activities and crafts. The Shazzbots! will perform at 1:00. Ice cream will be served during the entire event until they run out.
Tickets are required and can be purchased via Eventbrite.com or at the door the day of the event.
Adults (13+): $10
Kids (Ages 4-12): $5
Infants & Toddlers (Ages 0-3): Free!
There will also be a raffle with some fun goodies for parents and kids from places like Picassos, Cover to Cover Bookstores, Kendra Scott, Jr Explorer Club and more.
A portion of all ticket prices and raffle entries will be donated to our Ohio University Scholarship Fund for students in the Music Therapy program.
