Grove City Christmas Celebration, Parade, and Mistletoe Market

Grove City will light up with the Grove City Christmas Celebration, starting on Friday, December 6, 2024.

This 2-day family-friendly festival features live entertainment, Santa visits, ice sculpting, reindeer, traditional carols, holiday shopping, a parade, and the official Grove City tree lighting.

Grove City Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade

The celebration kicks off on Friday, December 6 at 7 pm with the Christmas Parade. The Town Center tree lighting with Santa follows immediately after the parade at Park Street & Broadway. 

Grove City Christmas Mistletoe Market

The Mistletoe Market is going on throughout Grove City Town Center on December 6 from 5 to 9pm, and December 7 from 9am to 7pm. Reminiscent of the German Kristkindl Market, it features old world charm & warmth, and a unique holiday shopping experience. 

Check out the ice sculptor working on Friday, and then see the final creation on Saturday. 

Visit the reindeer (or, horses dressed like reindeer) for rides next to the market on Park Street from 9 am – 7 pm on Saturday. 

There will be food trucks on Saturday from 11 am – 6 pm, as well as the eateries in downtown Grove City. 

Heart of Grove City Fire and Police Toy Program & Competition

Donate new, unwrapped toys, and you can help settle a friendly competition. 

Choose to donate to the “Jackson Township Firefighters for Kids” program or The “Cram The Cruiser” by the Grove City Division of Police. At the end of the weekend, a trophy and bragging rights will be awarded to the department with the most toy donations collected.

BONUS – FOR EACH TOY YOU DONATE, your name will be placed in a drawing for incredible prizes and gift cards from our very own Heart of Grove City businesses and restaurants. Toys are collected at the large white tent at 3359 Park Street.
