Free shuttle to Hocking Hills parks on weekends

Hocking Hills, located in Southeast Ohio, is a top tourist destinations and state parks in the United States. It features spectacular hiking trails and stunning natural features including deep gorges, waterfalls, caves.

Parking can be limited near the trails, but the new Hocking Hills Shuttle can take you where you want to go. Visitors can now use a FREE shuttle service at Hocking Hills to take visitors around the park and from trail to trail. 

Hocking Hills Shuttle

The Shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through October 27, 2024.

The free service is wheelchair accessible and dog friendly (leashed pets only).

This convenient transportation allows easy travel between downtown Logan, Hocking Hills State Park Lodge, Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls and Ash Cave without the hassle of parking.

Park in downtown Logan and catch the shuttle, which continuously loops between the State Park Lodge and the park’s most popular trails. Take a picture of the shuttle schedule you head out on your hike. If you miss the last shuttle, you’ll have to find your own way back to your destination.

The free shuttle helps support the region’s Love Hocking Hills stewardship program. This aims to support all-important Leave No Trace efforts by reducing one of the significant impacts on the Hocking Hills’ natural resources – vehicular traffic.
