Teens can increase their speed and agility for their favorite sport with a free day of training with InHealth Mutual’s BAM Training Camp: Speed and Agility Technique in conjunction with Peak Performance, Privit and Adena Health System.
The camp is on Saturday, September 19, from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m., and is FREE to all student athletes ages 14-17.
The training camp will focus on training the body to prevent injuries and enhance performance and is taught by strength coaches Alex White and Ken Kniss of Peak Human Performance. Free healthy snacks and drinks will be provided to fuel up upon arrival and after the clinic ends. Participants will receive T-shirts and gift bags filled with sports-related goodies. You may want to bring a little cash because Raccoon Coffee and Alphabetical Soups & Salads food trucks will be on hand afterwards to help you recharge. Register online here.

Body Action Mechanics Training Camps (B.A.M.) focus on skill building for injury prevention for high school student athletes.
You’ll learn:
- Fundamental body mechanics used to accelerate proper movement patterns, and enhance athletic performance to prevent injury.
- How to start, stop, jump, and land efficiently and effectively.
- How to be faster, stronger, and more agile by enhancing your skills through this innovative clinic series.
