Modern dance & afternoon tea among the topiaries – what better way to spend Mother’s Day weekend than with the Annual Columbus Modern Dance Company Mother’s Day Tea in the Garden performance?

Columbus Modern Dance Company in Topiary Park

CoMo Dance returns to Columbus gem, the Topiary Park. This beautiful park is a Columbus highlight; the intricate topiaries are a whimsical re-creation of Georges Seurat’s “A Sunday on La Grande Jatte.”

Mother’s Day Tea in the Garden is an annual immersive arts experience, taking place outdoors in the full glory of springtime. The open outdoor space allows even small children to experience modern dance in an approachable atmosphere.

Tea & cookies are served at intermission. The performance plus refreshments will run approximately 2 hours.

Mother’s Day weekend performances

The audience will be guided on a walking journey through the garden with site-specific dance works throughout the park.
