Sponsored by Buckeye Health Plan. Walk-In Well-Visits for ages 0-17. Accepting Medicaid and Commercial Insurance Plans, FREE to the uninsured. Event includes COSI Activities, Free Lunch, Community Resource Fair.

Have a healthy summer! Walk-in well-visits provide an overall health assessment and are perfect for camp, school or sports required physical exams.

Exam services provided by Lower Lights Christian Health Center medical providers. Accepting Medicaid and Commercial Insurance Plans, FREE to the uninsured. In the event that interest exceeds capacity to be seen on June 1, patient will be given a rain check and scheduled for a future date.

Event takes place at our main location, Lower Lights Christian Health Center at 1160 W Broad Street in Franklinton, which is located on the COTA bus line.

Parking is available in the lot on N. Yale across from the entrance to the Health Center.
