Chalk Virtually with locally renowned Chalk Artist, Hilary Frambes. You may recognize Hilary from many of our special events, but this time you can personally draw with her! Purchase the “Professional Chalk Art Kit” by Tuesday, October 13, to include: professional pastel chalk (12 colors), scarecrow template, and blending material. Pick up your Professional Chalk Art Kit at the Hilliard Community Center Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Draw your scarecrow and put your own personal spin to it while using tips and tricks from Hilary’s video. Submit your chalk art to kturner@hilliardohio.gov by Sunday, October 18 to enter your art to win a prize! All submissions will be judged and prizes will be awarded to the top art in 4 age groups: 4-6 years old, 7-12 years old, 13+, and family.
