There are so many events going on around the city to celebrate the spring season and Easter in Columbus. Check out the special events listed below through Easter, including Easter fun for grownups, nearly 50 Easter Egg hunts in Columbus, including separate events for dogs and those with special needs, photos with the Easter Bunny, and a couple of races to burn off some calories from the Easter candy!

Eggstravaganza at Highbanks Metro Park: March 18 from 1-4 pm. Celebrate spring and learn about eggs through games and activities plus take a hike along the Scenic River Trail to hunt for bird nests and visit treat stations.
Easter Egg Hunt with Jerome Church at Jerome Township Fire Department: March 18 at 3 pm.

Tuesday, March 20

Accessible Egg Hunt at Groveport Recreation Center: Tuesday, March 20 at 6:30 or 7 pm. Open to people of all ages with physical and cognitive disabilities and their families. $3 per person. Find the golden egg and receive a special prize. Bring a basket or bag to collect eggs during the hunt. All eggs will be exchanged for a treat bag at the end.

Friday, March 23

Underwater Easter Egg Hunt at Delaware Community Center YMCA: March 23 from 5:40 pm – 8 pm. Dive in and collect eggs and prizes in the Delaware Community Center YMCA Pools. Must pass swim test to go in deep pool (ages 9+). $4 for early registration by 3/20. $6 after. Age groups go at different times. Registration suggested, as event may sell out.
Worthington Community Center Egg Scramble at McCord Park in Worthington: March 23 from 6 pm Groups divided by ages. Allow time to park and walk to area, as hunt starts promptly at 6 pm.
Evening with the Easter Bunny at Westerville Community Center: March 23, 6-7:30 pm. Join the Easter Bunny for an evening of crafts, dinner and time with the family and the bunny himself! Price is per person, $15 for children 8 and under, $10 for adult and will include crafts, dinner and fun. Registration required; see page 17 of the community guide.

Breakfast with the Bunny at Pickerington Senior Center: March 24 with 8, 9:30 or 11 am seatings for breakfast with the Easter Bunny including games, crafts and pictures. Buy tickets until 3/22 for $6 (2 and under Free) Tickets will not be sold at the event.
Brunch with the Bunny at Polaris Fashion Place California Pizza Kitchen: March 24 from 8:30-10 am, rsvp required
Breakfast and Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny at the Senior Center of Reynoldsburg: March 24 from 9-11 am. Breakfast with the bunny, photos, crafts, and more. Pre-registration required, $5 per person. Easter Egg Hunt follows at 11:30 am at Huber Park for ages 10 and under.
Breakfast with the Bunny at the Groveport Recreation Center: March 24 at 9 am Enjoy breakfast, crafts, dancing, coloring contest, and a photo with the Easter Bunny. Please bring your own camera. Everyone attending the event must be registered. After the dinner, there will be a helicopter Marshmallow Drop at 1 pm. Must register by March 20.

Easter Bunny Brunch at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium: March 24 at 10 am You’ll enjoy a kid-friendly brunch buffet, meet and greet and a photo with the Easter Bunny, animal encounters and more. The cost is $30 for Zoo members, and $40 for non-members.
Easter Community Scavenger Hunt at Grove City United Methodist: March 24 from 10 am-1 pm: Pick up your clues at the Purple Door Church and go to each location for a game piece!
Community Easter Celebration and Egg Hunt at Sunbury United Methodist Church: March 24 from 10 am – noon. Games, prizes, crafts, refreshments and a complimentary picture with the Easter Bunny. Bunny helpers will also be hopping around with baskets full of free treats for the kids. Easter Egg hunt is at 11 am.
Dublin Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt at Coffman Park Pavilion: March 24 at 10 am. Arrive early at 9 am for pictures with the Easter Bunny before the hunt! Chris Cakes will be there flipping pancakes this year. Advance sale tickets for the breakfast are $6.00.

Whitehall Annual Easter Egg Hunt at John Bishop Park Ball Diamonds: March 24 at 10 am. Easter Bunny will be there. Join for brunch afterwards at VFW, 4100 E. Main St. $5 for adults, kids eat free.
Upper Arlington Easter Candy Hunt at Thompson Park: March 24 at 10 am: Children ages 9 years and under are invited to hunt for more than 5,000 chocolate and candy items. A separate search area is provided for children with special needs. Anthony Thomas Chocolates is providing prizes for those who find the coveted Golden Eggs. Arrive early to allow for parking. In the event of bad weather or poor field conditions, candy will be passed out in a drive-through in the parking lot.
Old Hilliard Bunny Hop: March 24 from 10 am-12 pm. Businesses will pass out candy, host activities and entertainment along Main Street in Old Hilliard. Pick up scavenger hunt cards at one of the three welcome booths for a chance to win prizes.
GPS Egg Hunt at Sharon Woods: March 24 between 10 am -1:30 pm. Bring your GPS unit or use one of ours to search for plastic eggs hidden throughout the park for a chance to win a prize. Limited GPS units available to borrow. Caches are removed at 2 pm.

Easter Egg Hunt at the Naz at Grove City Church of the Nazarene: March 24 at 5:15 pm for children up to 4th grade. Family service follows the event at 6pm.

Caring Bunny at Eastland Mall: March 25 from 8 am – 10 am. Children with special needs and their families can enjoy a calm experience for photos with the Easter Bunny. Photo is free.
Easter Bunny Brunch at American Girl at Easton: March 25, 9:30-10:30 am. $25, rsvp required. Bring your own camera for photos with the Easter Bunny. Ages 3 and up.
Underwater Egg Hunt at Westerville Community Center on March 25 from 10:30 am – 12 pm: Colored eggs will float and sink to the bottom of the Community Center leisure pool. Collected eggs can be exchanged for candy and toys! Enjoy carnival games before the hunt. The hunt will be divided into age groups ages 4-11. Cost is $8 per child ($5 for residents). Parents are free, but not permitted to help. Registration required by age group.
Mega Egg Hunt at Radiant Life Church (Dublin): March 25 from 10:30 am-12 pm: 50,000 eggs, dancing, characters, and food
Underwater Easter Egg Hunt at Groveport Recreation Center: March 25 with ages groups between 12:30-3:30 pm. Collect eggs underwater and search for the golden egg for a special prize! After the hunt, there will be an open swim! Register by March 23; $3 per child. All children participating in the event will also take home a complimentary day pass to the Groveport Aquatic Center (Outdoor Water Park). Bring a camera to take photos with the Easter Bunny.
Eggstravaganza at Northwest United Methodist: March 25 from 2 pm-4 pm: Breakfast, pictures with the Easter Bunny, games, crafts, and Easter Egg Hunt with 2000 eggs – all candy is peanut and gluten-free. After the hunt, kids can enjoy games, crafts, and pictures with the Easter Bunny, plus popcorn and snacks. They’ll be collecting boxes of macaroni and cheese, box of pasta, or jar of peanut butter for the Brown Bag Lunch Ministry.

Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt for Clintonville: March 31 at 10 am in Whetstone Park, Lower Meadow. Hunt is divided into areas for various age groups, 0-10, and they’ll be selling doughnuts and hot drinks as well. Donations accepted for Kiwanis club.

Civitans Egg Hunt for Individuals with Disabilities at Westerville Community Center: March 31, 11 am. All ages. Door Prizes and a visit from the Bunny always make for a good time. Chiming eggs for blind children, and wheelchair accessible. Every child leaves the Easter Egg Hunt with a basket full of goodies. Early registration required to participate in the event. Caring Bunny at Eastland Mall: March 25 from 8 am – 10 am. Children with special needs and their families can enjoy a calm experience for photos with the Easter Bunny. Photo is free.
Civitans Egg Hunt for Individuals with Disabilities at Westerville Community Center: March 31, 11 am. All ages. Door Prizes and a visit from the Bunny always make for a good time. Chiming eggs for blind children, and wheelchair accessible. Every child leaves the Easter Egg Hunt with a basket full of goodies. Early registration required to participate in the event.
