EASE Logistics hosts a 3rd Annual Touch-A-Truck event, where kids can get up close and personal with a dozen vehicles – pretending that they are the driver! Kids love these fun, interactive events.
Touch a Truck at EASE Logistics
The Touch-A-Truck is tba 2024 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Dublin at 6000 Perimeter Dr.
Touch-a-Truck is the first of many events the company plans to host and welcome to the site, which will become a mixed-use campus. In addition to housing EASE operations and amenities, the campus will foster new businesses and community engagement.
The event is free to the community, and they are accepting canned food donations for the Dublin Food Pantry at the door.
Some of the dozen vehicles kids can explore include EASE Logistics trucks and trailers, police vehicles, a trash truck, a backhoe, an excavator, military vehicles, a drill rig, and more!
There are also family fun activities, including a mobile video game truck, giant slides, face painting, bounce houses, balloon artists, and characters.
The first 600 guests will enjoy complimentary food: Free popcorn, cotton candy, and hot dogs! There will also be food trucks, including Kona Ice.
In 2022, more than 600 family members, children, friends, and neighbors donated more than 1,200 lbs. of canned food to support the Dublin Food Pantry, one of EASE’s regular partners in giving. EASE looks forward to hosting even more vendors, trucks, and attendees this year.
EASE Logistics gives back
In 2022, EASE donated over $100,000 to local causes. As the company grows, it is committed to increasing the money and resources it gives back to the communities where its employees live and where EASE operates and serves.
This year, EASE has become the official logistics partner of the Columbus Crew. Through this partnership, the company has been hosting a food drive to benefit the Mid-Ohio Food Collective throughout National Hunger Awareness and Action Month in September. The drive came to a grand conclusion on Fan Appreciation Night during the Columbus Crew match on October 1.
