Tips for attending a Crew game

Gates open 1.5 hours before kickoff. Tickets are mobile and the stadium is cashless, so be prepared for that. No card? No problem – you can load money onto a card to use at a Cash2Card kiosk located through the stadium.

There is a Touchless Express Entry option for faster entry to the stadium, but you need to sign up ahead of time.

First Match Program: Supporters attending a Crew match for the first time can visit the Chase Plaza before kickoff to receive a commemorative pin and certificate and take photos in front of a Goosebumps themed backdrop.

No bags larger than 5″x8″x1″ are permitted, except for a diaper bag if you have children, or a medical bag. Your Lulu belt bag is fine, but they will have to look inside.

There are plenty of parking options for Lower.com stadium within a few blocks of the stadium, and you can reserve parking in advance. Other transportation options include COTA, bike valet, COGO, and scooters.

1 Ticket = 1 Mystery Item
Purchase a ticket to the 2025 home opener vs Chicago Fire and receive a mystery item with each ticket purchased!. Mystery item must be picked up in-stadium following the 80th minute of the match. Tickets must be purchased between February 17 – February 21

Ticket must be labeled as “Verified Ticket from Crew” when purchasing from ticketmaster.com. Details will be sent closer to the match(es) with pickup information.

Your 2024 Leagues Cup Champion, Columbus Crew, will be taking on the reigning 2024 Supporter’s Shield winners, Inter Miami CF, in an MLS Regular Season matchup in Cleveland, OH at Huntington Bank Field.

Ticket prices range between $38-$50 for most games, but you can find verified resale tickets for around $25 for many games if you wait until closer to the match.

Columbus Crew Watch Parties

The Pub at Lower.com Field is open to watch your Columbus Crew and United States Men’s and Women’s National Team matches. Doors to The Pub will open an hour before each match’s kickoff. Discounted food and drinks will be available.

All other Crew road matches will be available to watch with your fellow fans at our Away Days at The Pub, the perfect place to grab a drink with friends and watch the Crew fight for three points.

Miss the old stadium, want MORE soccer, AND cheaper tickets? Crew 2 games are just what you want!

Columbus Crew 2 is Columbus Crew’s Second Team, playing in MLS NEXT Pro 2023 second season. This developmental team that complete the Black & Gold player pathway, which begins with Crew Academy and ends with the Crew’s First Team.

Crew 2 tickets are just $10 (plus fees) and all seating is General Admission on the East side at Historic Crew Stadium. These games are perfect for when you don’t want to spend so much on game tickets AND to scope the up-and-coming Columbus Crew stars.
