Please make sure to read the FAQ. Here are 2 of the key questions/answers so that you’re prepared.
Am I guaranteed a seat?
Having tickets does not 100% guarantee entry, but it is very unlikely that you wouldn’t get a seat. Like airlines and hotels, we do over-issue tickets a little bit to account for no-shows to make sure the cinema is reasonably full. It is rare, but possible that a screen is overbooked. We’ll try to let you into another film if that happens.
Can I choose where I sit at the screening?
Seats will be allocated on the day of the screening on a first-come, first-served basis so you won’t be able to choose a specific seat in advance.
